Things that are crazy.
I am in the best shape of my life since I was an actual child who spent all day running around and climbing things. I’ve just (sort of, terrifyingly, tentatively) started describing myself as “an athlete,” and while it’s weird, I rather like it. I also weigh the most I ever have in my life, and I feel like a big fat fatty a lot of the time.
How do these things coexist in my brain? Like, how do you feel awesome and strong and capable and also like “oh I should definitely lose like 50 pounds” at the same time?
